1. CONTINUING EDUCATION RENEWAL PROCESS: We ask each coach seeking renewal to choose one of these modules. It is certainly acceptable to attend more than one, or all if you choose, but being part of at least one is mandatory. The dates and times for 2021 will be published soon.

a. Active Listening

b. Powerful Questions

c. Creating Awareness and Direct Communication

d. Developing Action Steps/Action Plan

2. SUBMIT VIDEO SYNOPSIS: After watching the video provided for each module, please complete a paragraph synopsis within the given worksheet prior to the ZOOM session. When complete, please use the online submission system.

1. PLEASE DEVELOP at least two coaching relationships over the course of 2020

a. Select two individuals and invite them to be your person being coached (PBC)

b. Schedule and complete six sessions with each coachee

c. When completing the online renewal within the form, please provide the dates of your twelve sessions.

d. Also with renewal, submit a paragrah summarizing your progress over the course of the six sessions for each coaching relationship.

1. PLEASE INVITE a certified coach to coach you. NOTE: This person may be one of those you have chosen to coach.

a. Two Coaching sessions are required before September 15

b. When completing the online renewal within the form, please provide the name of your 2020 coach and the dates of your two session.

c. Also with renewal, submit a paragraph summarizing anything you may have “learned” or an “insight” gained from your coach.
